DPS:
Deposit Protection Service is a free service to Landlords to secure deposits in a custodial scheme. Be aware that if your tenant is troublesome or runs away you will need to get a legal statement and put together evidence and a cover letter to get the deposit returned to you.

My Deposits:
An insurance based deposit protection scheme where we hold the deposit on your behalf in a separate client account and buy an insurance policy on that deposit. This currently costs us £45 to buy on your behalf, however we are in the process of getting that dropped to £30 and will keep Landlords updated.
