We purchased our first buy to let property in Hatfield 2010 and asked “Let Me Properties” to find tenants and manage the property for us, as we live in St Albans. We had no previous experience of letting agents but this wasn’t a problem - Gregory Moulton was very helpful in setting things up for us, including dealing with the new contract, arranging for an itinerary to be drawn up and dealing with the all aspects of the rental deposit. Since acquiring the property we have had to do very little, but Greg has established a strong relationship with the tenants, taking care of any small on-site problems and repairs for us. He has ensured that that the rent is paid promptly and on top of that has successfully negotiated the renewal of the rental agreement for us. We have been very happy with the letting agents service provided. It seems that nothing is too much trouble and Greg is always helpful and responsive when needed and we would be pleased to recommend Let Me Properties to other landlords like ourselves.

Excellent service for potential and existing tenants. I don't have a car, so they drove me from viewing to viewing, and were quick and helpful at getting things sorted once I'd chosen somewhere. I was moving to St Albans from Chester, and they had no problems handling things remotely. They were also keen to help when I had questions (and in the end, even complaints) about the tenancy agreement the landlord produced, and mediated well between the landlord and me to produce a slightly modified agreement which we were both happy with. When I moved out nearly a year later, they handled viewings for the room I was vacating. They were very punctual in giving notice of upcoming viewings, lined up several viewings in a row when they could to make things easier for me, and in fact the third person they brought to see the room took it. Very efficient!
