Becoming a Let Me Landlord: Becoming a Let Me Landlord is easy!
Option 1:
- You Call, Email, or pop into the Office to arrange for us to meet you at your property that you wish to have appraised and advertised
- We meet you at the property, ask you all sorts of questions about the property and it’s appliances
- We take our photos and arrange our advertising materials
- We fill in all our forms and look up the answers to any questions you can’t answer.
- We email or post you a copy of the agreement between you and us allowing us to work as your agent, called the “Instruction”, this can be signed and posted back.
Option 2:
- You call or email to arrange that we visit your property without you. The keys can be posted to the office or we can meet a current tenant
- We appraise your property and contact you back with some information and advice.
- You arrange for confirmation of your identity and ownership of the property.
- You send us a “Housing Pack” that includes information on all the appliances included their instruction manuals. (This can be arranged by us for an added fee where appropriate)
- We email or post you the “Instruction” contract for you to sign and return to us in way you find most convenient.
We are very flexible and can adjust our procedures where appropriate if you require.

Opening Inventories (Around £60-£150 depending on size and detail)
Closing Inventories (Around £70-£160 depending on size and detail)
Start and End of tenancy cleaning (£175-375 - other options available)
Electrical Services (Including EPC, PAT Testing, etc)
Plumbing Services (Including Gas Safety Certification, Boiler and heating, etc)
Tiling/Plastering and General Building
Gardening Services
