I don't have a car, so they drove me from viewing to viewing, and were quick and helpful at getting things sorted once I'd chosen somewhere. I was moving to St Albans from Chester, and they had no problems handling things remotely. They were also keen to help when I had questions (and in the end, even complaints) about the tenancy agreement the landlord produced, and mediated well between the landlord and me to produce a slightly modified agreement which we were both happy with. When I moved out nearly a year later, they handled viewings for the room I was vacating.
